Blondy Nna Noukeu, the goalkeeper, has been fully signed by Sunderland.
The transfer of goalkeeper Blondy Nna Noukeu to SUNDERLAND is finalized.
After leaving Stoke City, the goalkeeper has agreed to a two-year contract at the Stadium of Light, with an additional year at the Black Cats’ option.
Noukeu traveled to Spain with the Black Cats during the preseason, having trained with Regis Le Bris’ squad.
“I’m thrilled to sign for Sunderland,” Blondy declared. I’ve been training and getting to know everyone at the club for a few weeks now, and I really enjoy it.
“If I want to advance in my career, this is the place where I should be.” I am eager to get going since we have a great
collection of players and staff.”It has been a pleasure collaborating closely with Simon Moore and Anthony Patterson. They really helped me settle because they give everything and demand a lot, which creates a positive vibe in the place.
The 22-year-old, who was born in Douala, Cameroon, was raised in Belgium and began his professional career with Royal Excel Mouscron, where he followed in his father’s footsteps as a player for the Mouscron-based team.
After joining Stoke in 2019, he made 36 appearances as a regular for the Potters’ youth squad.
