Bartley links up with the Tyneside club, who are currently fourth in the fifth tier, on a permanent basis.
The 21-year-old spent an extended period of time on loan in National League North this season, making seven appearances on loan with Spennymoor Town and Hereford where he featured 16 times and was named as the Bulls’ Player of The Month for October.
Bartley joined the Rams in the summer of 2023 after leaving Crystal Palace and featured 12 times for Jake Buxton’s Under-21s during the 2023/24 Premier League 2 season, with his performances earning a nomination for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award in December 2023.
He has made four league appearances for the Under-21s in between his loan stints this term.
