BREAKING NEWS: Philadelphia Eagles’ Loss Super Bowl champion Winner to The Jaguars

It has been reported that the Jaguars are adding an offensive lineman who won a Super Bowl to their roster.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter announced on Wednesday that former Eagles tackle Fred Johnson would be joining Jacksonville for a one-year contract.

The agreement’s conditions were not made public.

Last season, Johnson, 27, played in every Eagles game and started six of the team’s regular season games before the team won the championship.

After spending a year with the Buccaneers, he returned to the team for the 2023 season.

Prior to that, Johnson, who was not selected in the 2019 draft, played his first three years in Cincinnati.

After Trevor Lawrence failed in his fourth NFL season, the signing provides Jacksonville’s quarterback and new head coach Liam Coen with additional protection up front.

In ten games, the quarterback tossed just 11 touchdowns to seven interceptions while recording a career-high sack percentage of 5.96 percent.
