Milan is still actively pursuing a loan deal for Joao Felix from Chelsea before the transfer deadline, but they first need to offload Noah Okafor.
Meanwhile, Santiago Gimenez arrived in a private jet from Rotterdam this evening and is scheduled to undergo his medical on Sunday to finalize his €32 million transfer, including bonuses, from Feyenoord.
Despite this, Milan’s transfer activities are not over. They are seeking a versatile striker who can also play on the wing, aiming to add creativity to their attacking options.
- Joao Felix has been repeatedly linked as a potential loan signing from Chelsea. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport and Calciomercato.com, agent Jorge Mendes, who also represents coach Sergio Conceicao, is still working to facilitate Felix’s move to Milan.
There are some problems, specifically his €6m per season salary and the fact Chelsea are hoping to include some sort of option to make the move permanent.
