Three former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterbacks throw touchdowns for new teams

On Sunday, three former quarterbacks for the Pittsburgh Steelers threw touchdowns for their new teams. Mason Rudolph, Mitch Trubisky, and Kenny Pickett all discovered the end zone on Sunda. In other words, the whole quarterback room of the 2023 Steelers scored touchdowns.

Jalen Hurts, who suffered a concussion, was replaced by Pickett. He led the Eagles to the NFC East championship and scored two touchdowns in total. The Eagles were ahead 24–7 when Pickett left the game due to an aggravating rib ailment.

The Buffalo Bills had already dominated the New York Jets before Trubisky took Josh Allen’s position. For the first time this season, Trubisky reached paydirt while leading the offense down the field with the backups present.

Will Levis, the Tennessee Titans’ second-year quarterback, was benched, thus Rudolph is beginning. His only touchdown pass in the game came from a ball to tight end Nick Vannett, another former Steeler. As the Titans continue to fall in the NFL Draft order, they would lose to the Jacksonville Jaguars 20–13.
