Just after midnight, Louisville Metro police responded to a call of a 7-day-old baby girl who was unconscious and not breathing, according to an LMPD news release.
Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Magazine Street. The infant was escorted to Norton Children’s Hospital where she later died. The LMPD Homicide Unit is conducting a death investigation pending the outcome of the
