Eddie Hall, the 2017 World’s Strongest Man (WSM), is switching to a carnivorous diet and removing all plant-based meals from his diet. On August 11, 2024, the former strongman—who had mixed martial arts training, participated in an independent wrestling programme, and consumed the whole McDonald’s menu in one sitting—talked about his experience going vegan.

Hall changed his diet since he had put on weight after months of careless eating. He currently weighs 168 kg (370 pounds) and intends to restrict his diet to organic meat and eggs in order to lower his body fat percentage.
