Niclas Fullkrug deal to West Ham United is about to expire, according to Sky Sports
According to Sky Sports, West Ham United is willing to end talks to buy Niclas Fullkrug from Borussia Dortmund.
On Friday morning, August 2, at 8:03 a.m., the broadcaster announced via their Transfer Center that the Irons are “working hard to finalise a deal with Borussia Dortmund.”
The 31-year-old German striker is reportedly eager to join the Hammers at the London Stadium, but the parties have not yet agreed on the conditions of a contract.
Jhon Duran of Aston Villa is a possible substitute, although Sky Sports adds that they will back out if they cannot agree on the proper financial terms for the move.
It’s possible that West Ham United will pass on adding another player.
The summer has been a little difficult for West Ham supporters.
In the end, the acquisitions made by Tim Steidten and the new manager Julen Lopetegui must have pleased the supporters. But there have been a few occasions when the club’s transfer requests have been denied.
The Hammers and Bayern Munich had an agreement for right-back Noussair Mazraoui, but they pulled out of the deal after they couldn’t come to an agreement on terms with the player, according to Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sports Germany.
