Three players that could be dealt following the arrival of Tyus Jones
The Phoenix Suns must release a few players to make room on the roster for Tyus Jones’ arrival.
Tyus Jones was a surprise addition to the Phoenix Suns roster when he signed a one-year, $3.3 million contract on Saturday. Everyone was shocked by this move since it gave their backcourt and point guard worries more substance.
The Suns decided against using a typical facilitator for the 2023–24 NBA season, and they will now begin the 2024–25 campaign with two respectable floor generals.
Prior to Jones’s signing, Phoenix signed Monte Morris to a one-year contract. It implies that the starting lineup and the backups won’t have any trouble executing their offense.
The two guards are seasoned floor commanders. With their Big 3, the Suns now have an advantage since all they need to do is score baskets.
Mike Budenholzer, their coach, is familiar with the duties performed by a point guard on the court. After the decisions the Suns have made thus far this summer, the majority of their supporters are hoping for a successful season.
