Dorian Finney-Smith is one guy that the Cleveland Cavaliers might use to increase the depth of their wing corps. In a piece published on July 28, Michael Scotto of HoopsHype detailed the possible acquisition of Finney-Smith by the Cavaliers.
Scotto explained how Isaac Okoro, a restricted free agent, might play a role in a sign-and-trade for Finney-Smith.
Although nothing with Brooklyn is thought to be imminent, the Nets are one of the teams that are thought to be a potential sign-and-trade partner for Okoro, according to sources. As previously reported by HoopsHype, sources stated that Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith has piqued Cleveland’s interest in a trade and has been brought up in talks for Okoro.

Finney has established himself as one of the NBA’s more experienced two-way perimeter wings. In addition to his perimeter defense, he boasts a career three-point percentage of 35.5%.
