Interest in Stoke City’s winter recruit is being expressed elsewhere.
If Niall Ennis is permitted to leave Stoke City this summer, there are “suitors,” according to a report from StokeOnTrentLive.
Stoke City must decide what to do with the player they acquired in the January transfer window from rival Championship team Blackburn Rovers. Although he has a contract with Bet365 Stadium through June 2026, it’s unlikely that he will see regular playing time.
This past winter, Steven Schumacher acquired Ennis, 25, to strengthen his attacking unit and provide more competitiveness and depth to his ranks. He has made 14 appearances for his current team across all competitions, with one goal.
According to StokeOnTrentLive’s most recent update on his future, he is currently drawing interest from other sources. As the Potters get ready for the new season to begin, they will be considering what is best for him.

Ennis, a former England youth international, advanced via Wolves’ system.
Before making one appearance for the Midlands team’s first team, he was a regular for them at several different youth levels.
The Premier League team leased the Wolverhampton native to Shrewsbury Town, Doncaster Rovers, and Burton Albion so he could gain some experience.
