Lane Helps The Guardians Make a Big Impact in the Outfield Thomas

And on Monday night, the Guardians took the first step in meeting one of these supplementary needs by concentrating on right field and acquiring outfielder Lane Thomas from the Washington Nationals.
LHP Alex Clemmey, the eighth-ranked prospect for the Guardians in our rankings, is the main attraction on Thomas’s return to the nation’s capital. Clemmey will be acquired by the Nationals together with José Tena, a 19-year-old shortstop prospect, and Rafael Ramirez Jr., the 11th-ranked prospect from Cleveland.
