Fan camp for the Washington Commanders began with the announcement, “We’re headed to the Super Bowl.”
Thrilled supporters of the Washington Commanders gathered for the team’s training camp on Sunday in Ashburn, Virginia, believing that this will be their year.
“I anticipate numerous fantastic prospects for us,” expressed Kenny Thompson, who traveled from Texas to attend the fully booked event. “I think we will have a successful season; I can already predict five games, and I’d say at least twelve.”
The first of five public practice camp days was held on Sunday.
Van Dora was waiting in line to enter the area that had been blocked off and where fans were not allowed to take pictures of the players without permission.
Similar like Thompson, Dora was raised in the D.C. area and has been a lover of Washington since he was in “diapers.”
When asked what he would like to see changed for the 2024 season, Van said, “Changes? We have a Super Bowl date.
Are you referring to “changes”? Is Jayden Daniels in this room? You know we’re heading to the Super Bowl, so lady, you are asking a stupid question.
Since 2009, Tara Beaner, a devoted fan from the neighboring city of Herndon, Virginia, has visited Washington’s training camp annually.
