Spurs attacker agrees personal terms ahead of potential exit – Fabrizio Romano
Tottenham want to move on a number of players this summer, and one peripheral figure has already made big steps towards his ideal transfer. In fact, personal terms between the player and his prospective new club have even been agreed already.
Bryan Gil heading to Girona?
The player in question is Bryan Gil, who looks set to call time on his rather disastrous Spurs career this summer once and for all.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the young Spaniard could be on his way to Girona if all goes smoothly in the final stages of negotiations between Tottenham and the La Liga club.
Romano tweeted: “Understand Bryan Gil has got his heart set on a move to Girona and personal terms have been agreed. Player’s camp informed Tottenham that Bryan wants to join Girona at all costs. Negotiations between clubs over deal formula, talks still ongoing.”
This falls in line with recent reports from Sport, claiming the deal between Spurs and Girona to move Gil on was all but complete, with the finer details left to resolve.
Gil has not been included in Tottenham’s pre-season tour squad that headed out to Asia this week, as he has been granted leave to pursue a move away from the club.
