The Los Angeles Dodgers will welcome the San Francisco Giants to Dodger Stadium on Monday night for the first of a four-game series.
Game time is 10:10 p.m. EDT and you can watch it on the MLB Network and live stream it on ESPN+, fubo TV (add-on, FREE trial), Sling TV (add-on, discount) and DirecTV Stream (add-on, FREE trial and discount).
Blake Snell (0-3, 8 starts, 6.31 ERA) will get the start for the Giants. As of 5 p.m. Monday, the Dodgers had not listed their starter.
The matchup is the 10th meeting between these teams this season. The Dodgers have a 6-3 advantage in the season series.
The Giants (48-52, fourth in the NL West) have not played well on the road in 2024, so far winning only 20 of the 50 games they have played away from home.
They are hitting .243 as a team, which puts them 14th in the league rankings, and they have scored 436 runs, 15th among Major League Baseball (MLB) teams. But they have struggled for power, with 99 home runs (which ranks them 25th) and a .391 slugging percentage (18th).
Matt Chapman has a .234 batting average to lead the Giants, and has 25 doubles and 13 home runs. Mike Yastrzemski is 11-for-28 with a home run and three RBI over the last 10 games.
