Davis was the only dependable linebacker throughout Ron Rivera’s tenure. Looking at how Dan Quinn and Joe Whitt Jr. deployed him over early workouts, it seems as if the former first-round pick out of Kentucky could be added to the team’s list of edge rushing options.
