Wolves midfielder ‘expected’ to join League One club, agreement ‘close’

Wolves could be close to sanctioning their second outgoing of the summer after Max Kilman, with one player closing in on a move to League One.

So far, there hasn’t been a huge amount of activity regarding outgoings at Wolves.

There has been plenty of speculation as expected. The likes of Pedro Neto, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Joao Gomes and most recently Hwang Hee-chan have all been linked with moves away.

In the first half of last season, Hodge picked up a shoulder injury at Wolve which put him on the sidelines for around two months.

Hodge had already suffered a hamstring injury against Blackpool in the Carabao Cup, which put him out for a few weeks. The came his shoulder issue.

This was a big shame for Hodge, who had caught the eye with some decent displays in 2022/23. He had been looking to build, but injury halted his momentum.
