“It was a season that strengthened my desire to do better,” said Hwang, who finished with 12 goals and three assists in 29 league games last season, his best ever. “Next season, I also want to do better than last season, but I don’t feel any pressure,” he said.
Hwang emphasised that “trying to play better is something I’ve always done, so I don’t need to get excited about it,” he said. “I think the important thing now is consistency. If I keep doing what I’ve been doing, I think good results will come,” he added.
