Rak-Sakyi is hugely in demand amongst Championship sides as QPR, Luton Town, Watford, Hull City, Sheffield United and Blackburn Rovers all battle for his signature.
Crystal Palace are poised to let the 21-year-old speak to interested clubs over the next few days.
Stoke City have been linked with holding an interest in Rak-Sakyi, however it appears the Potters may not be in the race.
Interest from Stoke City has gone quiet in recent weeks.
The Potters are likely to have a host of targets under consideration and may have decided to hold off trying for Rak-Sakyi.
Stoke City are set to start their new Championship campaign by playing host to Coventry City, before then they take on Carlisle United in the EFL Cup.
Watford are the opposition for their first away league encounter and given the Hornets are in for Rak-Sakyi, Stoke City may find themselves having to work out a way to stop the young winger.
